• Advised the UAE Ministry of Presidential Affairs in relation to the landmark construction undertaking of the new Presidential Palace which will be utilized to receive foreign dignitaries and to house the offices of H.H. the President, H.H. The Vice President, H.H. The Crown Prince, and UAE Ministers.
• City International has advised and rendered legal services to Manazel Real Estate on various major Real Estate Developments and Projects in various jurisdictions such as the AED 409 Million Dunes Village development in Dubai Investment Park, Al Reef Villas, Capital Mall, and the Amman Gardens development in Jordan.
• Representing and counseling Tasweek Real Estate Company on various developments and Real Estate transactions including its $40 million Marrakech Health Care City Project, in Marrakech, Morocco.
• Representation of a Major Real Estate Fund in Libya in relation to developments in Ben Ghazi.
• Representation of OLIBIA, a major Libya based Real Estate Developer in relation to various projects.

• Representation of a UK-based master developer in connection with the development of the African City Project in Sirte, Libya, which includes various oil and gas facilities.
