City International has represented clients in court proceedings in the United Arab Emirates at all levels in all sorts of commercial, corporate, and civil disputes. The firm also works closely with outside counsel who bring allot of breadth and expertise to our litigation practice. 2. Arbitration

City International lawyers have worked on a number of international arbitrations, including advising clients with the ICC, the LCIA, and the DIAC. In fact, our managing Partner, Dr. Abusedra has served as an arbitrator with the Dubai Islamic Arbitration Center since 2003, hearing a number of cases across a wide variety of industries. We also advise clients on how to construct provisions in contracts that will be upheld and enforced in the event of a conflict and enforcement of judgments.
