CITY INTERNATIONAL was established in 2007 in Abu Dhabi as a specialized real estate law firm, drawing expertise from its founder, Dr. Ali Abu Sadra, who played a key legal advisory role in major government projects such as Dubai’s "Palm Islands." Over time, the firm expanded its legal services to cover various fields, including commercial transactions and international legal consultancy.
In the same year, the firm signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with SALANS LLP, strengthening its international presence. It continued expanding, opening offices in Dubai, Doha, and Tripoli, providing legal services to major corporations and governmental entities.
Between 2012-2013, the firm expanded into Libya, obtaining licenses to operate in Tripoli and Benghazi, allowing it to offer legal consultancy to government bodies and international companies entering or re-entering the emerging Libyan market.
